Legacy House of Centennial Hills is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team. You will provide hands-on care, support, companionship, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable environment.

We value patient and resident-centered care and teamwork. Qualified candidates have a current CNA certification and CPR, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to work in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required to perform lifelike emergency support.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates working toward completion may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Provide resident-centered care promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medications as permitted by training and state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
