Legacy Village of Taylorsville, operated by Western States Lodging & Management, is seeking a Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to lead and mentor a team in a senior living community. You will provide compassionate resident care while guiding junior CNAs and supporting care planning.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification and state-approved CNA training program.
• 3+ years of CNA or related caregiving experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning with safe techniques.
• Take and report vital signs; communicate changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with medications and basic procedures within training and regulations.
• Assist with care plan development and implementation.
• Provide observations and recommendations regarding residents’ needs and well-being.
• Lead, mentor, coach and support junior CNAs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Accurately document care and observations; promote teamwork.
