Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor health conditions, measure vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support resident engagement through companionship and participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
