Springs of Catawba is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents and support the nursing team with ADLs, health monitoring, and compassionate interactions. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

Qualifications include a state-approved CNA program, HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in a healthcare setting. Applicants should pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes; report to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
