Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct care in our skilled nursing community. You will support residents with daily living activities and report changes in condition, following individualized service plans and infection control guidelines.

The role requires active CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and documentation skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.
