Job summary

Regency Olympia Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Olympia, WA is seeking caring CNAs to provide quality nursing care in a home-like setting. You will support residents with daily activities to enhance their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, assisting with grooming, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care, while protecting residents' belongings, documenting care, and adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

Possess a CNA certification in the state of employment.
Ability to obtain CPR/BLS card.

Responsibilities

Follow individualized care plans and report changes to staff.
Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transferring and mobility.
Maintain skin integrity; prevent pressure ulcers and skin damage.
Protect residents' personal belongings and report discrepancies per policy.
Take vital signs, monitor weights, apply creams, collect specimens, and assist with lifting and transfers.
Document care and follow infection control and safety procedures.
Communicate with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
