Job summary

The Personal Touch in Redmond, WA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide direct, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, while monitoring vital signs and coordinating with supervising nurses.

You will help with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, engaging with clients and families to ensure dignity and safety in daily routines. Good teamwork with RNs and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State and compliance with all applicable state regulations.
• Demonstrated skills in personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility support.
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report concerns to clinical supervisors.
• Experience providing compassionate companionship, emotional support, and clear, professional communication to clients and families.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, safety procedures, proper body mechanics, and adherence to established care protocols.
• Capacity to follow individualized care plans, take direction from RNs and other clinicians, and work effectively as part of a care team.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the ability to manage time and tasks in a home care or residential setting.
• Prior experience in home care, hospice, dementia/Alzheimer’s care, or working with veterans is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely, and to perform

Responsibilities
