Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, UT is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care during day shifts (6am–6pm) with rotating weekends. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor comfort and dietary needs, and document observations for nursing staff.

We offer a supportive team, on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, continuing education, and professional liability insurance. CNA certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Document intake/output and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
