Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or graduate of approved nursing assistant program with competency exam.
• Computer skills required for documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed staff.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and proper documentation.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity.
