The Manor of Novi is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Novi, Michigan. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support licensed nursing staff in delivering individualized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant or graduate of an approved program with certification within 120 days of employment.
• Computer skills are required.
• Meets all state and federal criminal background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinent care, oral hygiene, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning with proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
• Respond to call lights and changes in condition; report observations to licensed nursing staff.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
