Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled and within residents' reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisor or administrator.
