Sweetwater Care in Santa Monica, CA seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide routine resident care per policy under supervision. You will support RN staff, monitor safety, and document care as required.

Requirements: CNA enrollment or licensure, 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure, English literacy, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be patient, emotionally resilient, and able to interact with ill and elderly residents with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold CNA licensure.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to interact with ill, elderly residents and staff with dignity.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and in reach.
