Job summary

California-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a CNA to provide routine nursing care under the direction of the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nurses. Responsibilities include resident rounds, assisting with meals, and ensuring safety and dignity of residents in a California nursing facility.

The role requires CNA certification or enrollment, with at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant or enrolled in nursing assistant program.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrates a sincere desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to assess residents.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support self-care activities.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable; change linens and clothing as needed.
• Report concerns to Charge Nurse and participate in trainings and meetings.
