Job summary

Montrose Springs Skilled Nursing & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver routine nursing care under supervision. The role requires adherence to policies and compassionate resident support.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a CNA program or have CNA licensure.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrate helpful, respectful communication with residents and staff.
• Must be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals; report missing IDs.
• Dress, feed and assist with meals; monitor nourishment.
• Ensure CNAs notify Charge Nurse of issues promptly.
• Maintain infection control and observe residents for changes.
• Attend on‑the‑job trainings and participate in meetings.
