Sweetwater Care in Peoria, AZ is seeking a licensed CNA to provide routine nursing care under supervision. You will perform rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours, verify resident identity, make beds, keep tables clean, and assist with hydration and daily needs.

Must hold a CNA license with at least 6 months of CNA or clinical experience, and demonstrate patience, emotional stability and a cooperative attitude with staff, residents, and families.

Formación

• Must hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during training.
• Proven ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated patience and humility in caring for residents.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing duties per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to deliver care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside tables clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within residents' reach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervisors.
