Qualifications

• Must have completed a 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in IA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate basic care under RN direction.
• Assist with patient transport and daily activities.
• Document care activities in patient records.
• Participate in plan of care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to ongoing assessment and communication of patient status.
