Job summary

CHI Health Missouri Valley seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant to support patient comfort, safety and recovery under RN direction in our community hospital.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 75-hour state approved course for Nursing Assistant.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in IA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Provides basic patient care activities as delegated.
• Assists with patient transport and documents care provided.
• Contributes to the plan of care and communicates findings to the team.
