Job summary

Southeast Colorado Hospital District in Springfield, CO is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct personal care to residents, promote independence, and maintain a safe, clean living environment.

You will follow care plans, document observations, report changes to the Charge Nurse, assist with admissions and discharges, and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver compassionate, quality care while upholding infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Nurse Aide certification in good standing.
• CPR Certified.
• Preferred: 1-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to residents and maintains a safe, clean environment.
• Follows nursing care instructions and reports changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Documents accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Maintains infection control practices and collaborates with staff to deliver quality care.
