Job summary

Castle Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in our Texas facility. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse, while supporting daily living activities and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, personal care, transfers, and basic rehabilitative tasks, ensuring a calm, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident care plans.
• Identify residents before care and document accurately.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and restorative procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and observe safety procedures.
