Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator.
• Make beds and maintain bedside cleanliness.
• Ensure clean water and accessible drink options.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
