Job summary

The Sunterra Springs Springfield facility is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents under the direction of nursing leadership. You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and help ensure comfort and safety in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, vital signs support, and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant must be in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transferring.
• Coordinates dining room service at meals and documents intake.
• Delivers nutrition supplements and documents intake.
• Assists with weight tracking and reports changes to nurse.
• Supports toileting program activities and completes flow sheets daily.
