Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. The role supports residents with daily living activities and provides hands-on nursing assistance in a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a 3pm–11pm shift and daily pay. Competitive benefits include health, dental, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment.
