Job summary

Sunterra Springs Springfield is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor condition changes, document progress, and support nursing staff in achieving care plans.

Qualified applicants will have a CNA certification in good standing (state) and high school diploma or equivalent. CPR/BLS, Food Handler Permit, and prior long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or eligible to obtain CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and Food Handler Permit.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Support nursing staff and document progress in EMR.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to nurses.
• Assist with meal service, intake documentation, and transfers.
• Maintain resident dignity, confidentiality, and safety.
