Elite Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate certified nursing assistants to join our team in providing exceptional home health and hospice care in Idaho. Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (state-licensed).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility).
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
