Job summary

Heritage Home Health and Hospice in Idaho Falls is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for patients and support families. You will work with a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care in the patient's residence.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed/certified as a CNA in Idaho.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification.
• General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to patients and support families, working with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow agency, state, and federal policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings and documentation as needed.
