Freedom Village Holland is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate care in a long-term care setting. Provide personal and non-personal care, assist with daily living activities, document observations, and respond quickly to resident needs while promoting dignity and engagement.

CTAs include documenting care, taking vital signs, escorting residents to meals and appointments, and participating in assessments and team updates. Sign-on bonuses are offered for PT and FT roles.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan CNA certification is required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Strong communication skills and accurate documentation.
• Ability to transfer residents with proper equipment and support.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal and non-personal care to residents.
• Support independence while offering needed assistance.
• Promote dignity, safety, and resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of care and observations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call alerts.
• Take vital signs, assist with bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Escort residents to dining, therapy, activities, and appointments.
• Monitor medication compliance and assist with meal service.
• Participate in resident assessments and weekly meetings.
