Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City seeks compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide direct patient care in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and promote comfort and dignity in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, reliable, and able to work as part of a team, following safety and infection-control procedures while delivering high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment.
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.
