Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents. This is a full-time on-site position in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required in Oklahoma.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful, compassionate environment.
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents withactivities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and recordvital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents withmobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and reportchanges in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents withmeals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain arespectful and compassionate environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with resident transfers and repositioning
