Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs is a 77-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing personalized care that helps residents recover and thrive.

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team with competitive pay, robust training, and flexible scheduling options. Open Interviews Mon-Fri 2-4pm to join our team in Cedar Springs, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must hold a MI Certified Nurse Aide Certification or complete Michigan CNA training and be eligible to test.
• Must be certified within 4 months of hire.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
• Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit
