We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team with competitive pay, robust training, and flexible scheduling options. Open Interviews Mon-Fri 2-4pm to join our team in Cedar Springs, Michigan.
Qualifications
- Must hold a MI Certified Nurse Aide Certification or complete Michigan CNA training and be eligible to test.
- Must be certified within 4 months of hire.
- One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare is desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
- Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
- Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team!
- Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
- Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
- Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit
- Must hold a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or have completed a Michigan-approved CNA training program and be eligible to test. Must be certified within 4 months of hire.
- One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare is desired.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
