Job summary

Avera Rosebud Country Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team to ensure resident safety and well‑being.

Position includes rotating day/evening/night shifts and every other weekend/holiday. Pay ranges from $19.75 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required within 120 days.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support nursing staff with routine and non-routine care as directed.
• Record vital signs and document information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with supplies.
