Job summary

Rosebud Village is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, full-time or part-time shifts from 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–6am. CNAs support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help create a homelike, respectful environment.

You’ll work closely with nursing staff to coordinate care, demonstrate CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence—and contribute to our mission of excellent senior care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care.
