Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks: daily shift notes and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns to Health Care Director clearly.
