Elim Wellspring is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Cassia senior community in Princeton, MN. You will provide routine daily nursing care and services under the guidance of licensed staff, with opportunities to work independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
