Elim Wellspring is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our mission-driven team in Princeton, MN. You will provide daily nursing care, support residents, and work under RN guidance to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
