Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support activities of daily living, monitor health indicators, and help maintain a respectful, compassionate environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with ADLs and promote a compassionate environment.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Support resident rights and choices within care settings.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Contribute to special projects and duties as assigned.
