Job summary

Majestic Care of Avon seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our resident-focused care team. You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, report findings to nurses, and support safe, compassionate daily living in a community setting.

Active Indiana CNA certification required; we offer daily pay, quarterly raises, telehealth, life insurance, holiday double pay, and a supportive team dedicated to LEAD with Love.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Indiana is required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to residents' call lights to ensure safety and comfort.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair.
• Report significant findings to the nurse promptly.
• Provide supportive care during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
