Qualifications

• Certified and state tested as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state employed; certificate must be active, valid, and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Respond promptly to call lights to ensure comfort and safety.
• Transport residents as needed between areas (dining, lobby, activities).
• Report significant findings to the nurse immediately.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
