Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care (bathing, grooming, hygiene) and adaptive equipment.
• Handle linens and ensure proper bed changes per infection control guidelines.
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents safely.
• Take vitals and record heights, weights, temperatures, and pulses as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and related areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
