Glenwood Health & Rehabilitation in Mooresville, NC is hiring compassionate CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles in our long-term care team. Earn $17.00–$21.00 per hour with shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing in relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - physical work is a primary part of the job.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended time periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Keep residents dry and manage linens as needed.
• Handle linens and maintain infection control standards.
• Assist with bowel/bladder functions.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist with lifting and positioning as instructed.
• Support residents in ambulation and mobility.
• Perform restorative procedures as instructed.
• Record measurements and vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and supply rooms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
