Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents in Desoto, Missouri. The role emphasizes assisting with daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and documentation within established care plans.

Candidates should have CNA certification and ideally 1 year of long-term care experience, with CPR/BLS certification preferred, and a commitment to empathetic elder care in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or state-approved CNA training completed (written and skills) or in progress.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience as CNA in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including set-up, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
