Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living Maryland Heights is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents at our Missouri facility.

The ideal candidate will have an active CNA certification, preferred CPR/BLS, and at least one year of long-term care experience. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with certification board or state-approved program.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Effective communication in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nursing staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents.
• Coordinates dining room services during mealtimes and assists with feeding.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Tracks residents’ weight and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports concerns.
• Participates in toileting program activities and documents progress.
• Maintains flow sheets and communicates issues to supervisor.
