Job summary

Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking CNAs for full- and part-time roles on the 2nd shift. This position offers a $4 shift differential, DailyPay, and a strong benefits package including insurance, 401k, and tuition reimbursement. CNAs assist residents with daily care, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and Indiana CNA certification. Experience with care plans, documentation, and basic computer skills is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing required.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, and related care.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water, assist with dining, and transfer per care plan.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to requests per policy.
• Maintain and organize resident rooms and belongings; change linens as needed.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin, or behavior and report per policy.
• Offer emotional support to residents to promote independence.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Document vitals and care provided in the medical record per policy.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and maintain a clean environment.
