Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing unit in Lisle, IL. This full‑time role supports residents under the supervision of a nurse, providing essential daily living assistance and health monitoring.

You will take vital signs, assist with bathing and mobility, document observations, and contribute to the care plan while upholding resident rights, dignity, and safety.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent plus 1+ year clinical nursing experience.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Mansioni

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs as set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights, assist residents in informed decisions, and uphold dignity and safety.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
