Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for as-needed roles at Memorial Care Center in Illinois. You will perform hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety tasks under the Charge Nurse guidance, document measurements, and ensure accurate patient records.

Expect ongoing learning and reliable teamwork to support resident well‑being. Qualifications include active CNA certification and CPR, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state you will be working.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination and safety under supervision.
• Document patient information into charts per guidelines.
• Record vital signs, heights, weights, and intake/output accurately.
• Assist with admission procedures and resident orientation.
• Report changes to Charge Nurse promptly and follow physician/therapy orders.
