Responsibilities

• Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
