Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and care outcomes.
