Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Must perform personal care and documentation accurately.
• Demonstrates reliability, patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with proper technique.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed.
