Bridgewater by Legacy Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team in Castle Rock, CO. You will provide hands-on care, support, and companionship to residents, helping create a safe and positive environment.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification required or completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates working toward completion may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Provide resident-centered care promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medications as permitted by training and state regulations.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
