Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care for residents. You will work with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being, assisting with daily activities and reporting changes in health promptly.

Requirements include a valid CNA certification in the state, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CNA certification in the state of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high‑quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shifts.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and reposition residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
